During Holy Week 2010, a Secular Franciscan (Third Order Franciscan) named Nicholas H. Kovacs from the St. Thomas More Fraternity in Houston, Texas, was inspired by the Holy Spirit to create a chaplet, dedicated to praying for renewing the Franciscan order.  The title of this new prayer is “The Franciscan Family Chaplet”.

This website is a ministry of Nicholas and his Houston fraternity.   It is designed to provide Franciscans with this new prayer. A special thank you must be given to the Catholic Daughters of America, who helped construct chaplets, which were given to every Secular Franciscan fraternity in the United States.
